I want you to feel good exactly as you are.
As someone with ADHD, asthma, and plantar fasciitis, as well as a past eating disorder, I understand the need for creative ways and safe places to get comfortable with your body. Through solo and group exercise, massage and focused stretching, I have found ways to improve my mental and physical health and I want to share these practices with you!

I don’t believe in “the perfect Body.”
Or even your “ideal body.” That kind of language isn’t good for any of us, and is triggering for me. We all come in different shapes and sizes and my goal is to make you feel better and stronger. I want to meet you exactly where you are and help determine healthy and inspiring goals for you.
